So very unprofessional. No one was in the drive thru at the time and order still took up to 30 minutes to receive and it was still cold. Very upsetting and staff didn't apologize or seemed to care. All I got was attitude as a paying customer.

Customer service TERRIBLE...the cashier won't answer on intercom and if you drive to the window, then she tell you she can't take the order after sitting at the intercom for more than five minutes, one car in front of us, they need to loose the attitude and learn how to multitask, if you don't like your job or not good at it, it is very possible to find another or something you may be good at

The person taking the order is totally devoid of any personality and she is very hard to hear and understand. I finally just went to the window. Some lady with green hair gave me my frosty and no spoon or straw. The burger was good but fries were old.

Yesterday I ordered some biggie bags i was at the speaker for a while waiting so I can order but I went up to the window I was told to go back around , I went to the speaker again to try to reorder someone started taking my order but I heard this loud manager in the background, this was lastnight. The night manager he's a man hes completely rude and very loud he was cursing and yelling at the female that was taking my order she couldn't even finish so I had to order at the window. The food was great but that place is Chaotic, that manager overnight is very unprofessional . That place need some order and construction and I also told him in the window that his behavior was not ok.That manger is Unhinged
