Bum ass employees closed the store an hour early, weren't answering the microphone then replied at the window saying it was because they already closed & everything was already getting wrapped up-- 45 minutes before the time stated in their own window for drive-thru hours until 1:00 A.M.. He looked back in the kitchen again before saying again there was nothing available as it was already getting wrapped. He recognized the fact he did not answer me at the speaker as well in comment away from the window.

Place need to be shut down & replaced instead of asking for jobs long as it has kept this up. Anyone whose worked in a food place know they shouldn't have kitchen closed hour before folk are being seated. Saw the employee who'd told me they're closed in the lobby on his phone <5 minutes later.

Asked for an update review-- most hold the same positions though have not seen the same manager directly. Quality of the food then & now don't promote any leniency.

I really don't know why this place is still in business. There's nothing "fast" about this fast food place. You wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes minimum REGARDLESS if there's a line or not.

Slow for no reason. Constantly asking to backup behind the pole … lobby had a bad old mop water smell. Waited in drive thru for 20mins! And that’s because I was blocked in from other cars being pulled up!

In the middle of the day, its alright. But late at night, the quality severly drops. Good luck ordering what you want, because they're always out of something.

Also you always gotta ask for your sauces, maybe 2/10 times theyll actually put everything in the bag

I ordered a BACONator and asked it not to be dressed with lettuce tomato and pickle. I then get my order and find out my BACONator didn’t have anything on it just meat and cheese. NO BACON. It’s literally in the name and yet my order still got messed up.

I noticed the guy dropping the fries didn't have on gloves the last 3times I went. I politely asked the manager if she would ask the fry guy to put on some gloves while handling food. She said it's not required for him to wear gloves. I said but he's touch the fries with his bare hands, touching his headset and earbuds. I was disgusted with this type of service. Regardless if it's required the customers have to eat this and do not want to be sick trying to enjoy a quick meal. I will not be returning to this location!!
