I love myself some Wendy's, and with this one being under a minute from my home, I would go often. But not anymore.I do not understand how someone can be made to wait at the drive thru intercom for 15 minutes when no one was in front of them. I do not understand only serving one car from intercom to pickup and making everyone else wait. All this at 5:30pm, one of the busiest times.I will not go back to this location ever again because of the sheer laziness exhibited. It is dishonorable. (They also occasionally forget an item that I order, which is not okay when I spend $5 on a burger only for them to forget it somehow.)

Listen ? dear franchise owner this location need to be shut down...after paying $20 for a meal a chicken sandwich for. A family member....after 4 years you still get my oder wrong.....Iam not walking back in your fastfood restaurant to get it correct....after a 12 hour shift and long drive I choose your place ...Iam disgusted...and I am done .....ok I miss when the original Wendy's was across the street next to the comic book store.....Iam done...this used to be my hood now ......I don't know Iam sorry but not sorry your Wendy's need to leave

We went through the drive thru at 12:27 a m. The location was supposed to be open until 1:00 am. They told us they were closed and could not serve us.

UPDATE 12/23:Drive thru is fine but sometimes takes 20+ min. Lobby is open as of mid-2023 and is kept clean.
Biggie bag is Not worth a Damn. Food cold and nasty. If i could give Negative stars --- tonight is the night. I rate Wendy's drive thru service.Negative 5 Stars.

Food was horrible. My chicken sandwich was soggy as if it had been microwaved with everything on it. After eating it, my stomach wasn't too great. I should have checked it before I left, something I shouldn't have to do. The fries weren't the freshest either. I didn't get a receipt, so I didn't bother calling once I made it to my destination.
