Williams Plum Street Snowballs

DISAPPOINTED TODAY - Hello - As a loyal customer & hospitality worker, I just wanted to let you know that the young lady that was there today around 5pm or so that was filling the cups with ice was not friendly!
She had on a pink shirt.
But the other 2 ladies that were on the register as well as putting the syrup on were very kind.
I understand they were hot and probably frustrated but paying customers should never experience not being treated kindly. We didn’t even get a hello. She just rudely asked us what size.
It wasn’t even crowded as normal for her to act that way. Thx for reading but please remind them we are paying customers.

The last few times I ordered snowballs from Plum Street there was little to NO syrup if I'm paying over $20.00 please put more syrup they have been very stingy and cheap with the sauces and syrup. Do better so yall can have more better reviews I see a lot of people on here are having the same problem that I am having what a waste of money and time. I have been sooooo Disappointed Ew!

Amazing product and even better service! A staple for any local or tourist visiting New Orleans! Family oriented with a wide variety of flavors to choose from!

OmG Mrs. Donna is the most amazing person she so full of love joy and happiness. We had 5 different snowballs and everybody was happy their picks of flavors. I can honestly say this place been my best experience in New Orleans after all my years of coming. Thank you ? Mrs Donna and the crew

Omg I came back to visit family ,and it's still there. I'm an adult now and used to go here as a kid. Me and my brother had to stop in while visiting family. Best snowballs in New Orleans.

The snoballs are always some of the best, however, the customer service could be better. I don’t ever remember coming to this snoball stand and experiencing a rude employee, but you can obviously see no one wants to work there on a holiday. They were complaining about working on Father’s Day and proceeded to be unfriendly to the customers celebrating their dads. I’ve been coming to this snowball stand since I was young and I know y’all are better than this. Either close on the holidays or get workers that are actually willing to work the holidays without taking their anger out on customers giving you business.
