Our family absolutely loves Plum Street Snowballs. My husband’s grandparents had their first date here, so it feels very full circle that we now visit with our own family. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, always making you feel welcome. Our family’s favorite flavors are blackberry cream, strawberry cheesecake, and mint, but you truly can’t go wrong with any of them. We look forward to making many more memories at Plum Street for years to come.
DISAPPOINTED TODAY - Hello - As a loyal customer & hospitality worker, I just wanted to let you know that the young lady that was there today around 5pm or so that was filling the cups with ice was not friendly!
She had on a pink shirt.
But the other 2 ladies that were on the register as well as putting the syrup on were very kind.
I understand they were hot and probably frustrated but paying customers should never experience not being treated kindly....

OmG Mrs. Donna is the most amazing person she so full of love joy and happiness. We had 5 different snowballs and everybody was happy their picks of flavors. I can honestly say this place been my best experience in New Orleans after all my years of coming. Thank you ? Mrs Donna and the crew
