The food tasted good, minus the fries. Fries were basic. Our issue is with the service. The ladies there were not nice. They acted like having to do anything was an imposition. It's no wonder that they were the only place on the French quarter that wasn't busy. Now I know there are several of these in the area, so this is the one closest to Cafe Du Monde. Our presence was clearly interfering with whatever they were trying to do on their phones when they got there. The food was rung in more expensive than what it said on the menu and they were still tax added. In the end. She rung in red beans and rice that we did not ask for and then said she couldn't do anything about it because there wasn't a manager there. So we just took it and figured it's fine. Our last straw was when I simply asked where are the napkins and the girl rolls her eyes and points to the right and doesn't even say anything. That's when I asked my husband if we could just leave. After going through and looking at other reviews, I realize fairly bad service is what they do and either they are the owners or the owners don't care. I sent an email to the contact us on the website and waited for a response before putting a review, but the lack of response shows that not caring about customers is clearly just the culture of this company. I will not be back. Oh, and to add insult to injury, they didn't even put the lid fully on the red beans and rice that we did not ask for, so I enjoyed wearing that later.
Food is fine but no salt and pepper for the food? Fail.
My mom and I embarked on an exciting trip to New Orleans, and one of our highlights was stopping on the vibrant Bourbon Street. The city is renowned for its incredible cuisine, but we were uncertain about where to find a truly satisfying meal. After some consideration, we decided to randomly select a restaurant, and I’m thrilled to say we weren’t disappointed.
We visited during the quieter days when the world had slowed down, which made for a uniquely intimate dining experience in an otherwise bustling city. The restaurant was nearly empty, lending a serene atmosphere, though the customer service was just average—neither particularly remarkable nor unpleasant.
Despite the service not being unforgettable, we genuinely enjoyed ourselves, and the food was delightful. Each dish had its own flair, showcasing the rich flavors New Orleans is known for. Plus, the restaurant's convenient location near our hotel was an added bonus, making it easy to stroll back after our meal. Overall, it was a memorable stop on our adventure!

Interestingly, they have several venues on Bourbon Street.
Willie's chicken is on Bourbon Street, the 600 block. Eclectic venue specializing in Daiquiri's . I went for the 151 Rum laced drink. The smallest one was $14. Very refreshing but be careful to consume carefully or you will definitely get a "brain-freeze." Actually, I went there for some fried chicken gizzards but they did not have any so I settled for the red beans and rice which also came with bits of sausage. Very tasty

Would NEVER spend money here when the staff is beyond rude and disrespectful as this. Awful people working here. They yelled at someone for using the bathroom when they were just previously in the store and bought food. Wouldn’t go to this location.

Lied about menu prices, which was on the board in front of us, and refused to correct it.
Oh my goodness. The biscuits are a whole new experience the honey just puts them to a whole new place. Chicken if fresh and the slushies are great try the blue raspberry

Fries were SUPER bland and they don't have salt and pepper . . . I feel like that's a given at a fast food joint?? The waiter just shook his head when I asked like that's the question everyone asks him every day. Decent place to pee while at mardi gras though :D. Didn't try the chicken maybe it's good?

I bought a cocktail and was given a small straw, which didn’t even reach my drink. When I went back with my bottle (clearly showing their logo) to ask for a proper straw, they refused to give me one! Poor customer service—I won’t be returning.

I ordered food that wasn't done. I reached out and explained and got no refund or communication.
The food is GOOD! Had chicken, red beans & rice, fries & a biscuit. Worth all the $25 I spent.
