I was raised on Zimmer's seafood. One of the freshest places to get fried and boiled seafood. Their sandwiches are made in a specially made sesame seed French loaf and this is the only place that I eat potato salad from..and lawd the marinated crabs are my favorite..

First time visiting this establishment, and as I pulled up, there were plenty of cars parked, and I could see several ppl walking towards the entrance. I finally parked, walked to the door, and bam! It was a neighborhood gathering. I considered it a good sign, or everyone just decided this was the only place to eat today. Well, I was greeted with a smile, ordered a shrimp poboy, and felt good about my decision. Took a little while to get sandwich, but it was fresh, and bread was not flaky(a plus). I do recommend this place for anyone in the area. Yum!
