Awesome staff. Make you feel real comfortable
Went last night and the food was horrible. My husband and I always get the same thing they we’ve gotten from day one. He got the Nola shrimp bbq style and I got the grilled shrimp with veggies. That was the 3rd time within 3 months. The food was always good just not the case anymore. It’s definitely not constant. I know they just recently open in Prairieville and seems they may be putting more effort into that place.

I went to Hot Tails this past weekend with my dad, the food was excellent. I ordered a steak with a baked potato and salad, the steak was cooked to to perfection. The service was extremely great, I will definitely come back here!!

Hot Tails is a restaurant that offers delicious and flavorful food, making it one of the top 5 best restaurants one reviewer has eaten at in the US. Their fried alligator appetizer and crawfish poboy are standouts, with the latter having an amazing flavor and huge size. The "choose 2" combo platter, which includes fish and shrimp, is also highly recommended. The Couyon Melt burger does not disappoint.
Although the restaurant may not be very new visitor-friendly, as seating and ordering instructions are not clearly indicated, the food makes up for it. Once ordered, the food is served hot and with great taste. The restaurant is worth a visit, and it is recommended to try their various dishes.
