The roof has a leak, and it's pretty gross. Of course, things can't be helped, that's fine. But it smelled and it was clear the employees were not trying to clean as much as they should.
While I was at the counter to try and get my cup, there was an employee who made no eye contact and just walked right in front of me and ignored me. After some time, someone actually gave me the time of day.

Fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. I have burned my fingers and mouth several times. The employees are always nice even when they are super busy. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Probably the best McDonalds I have ever been to!

McDonald's in New Roads, Louisiana offers great vegetarian options and is nice for dietary restrictions. The parking is ample, and it's a kid-friendly environment. Wheelchair access is easy. Customers praise the fast, friendly service and accurate orders. The new facility has a diverse staff working well together.
The staff is always helpful and accommodating. There's a lady that works there who is super nice and always so helpful. The service can be slow at times, but the food is generally good. The restaurant has a fun, casual atmosphere that makes it a good choice for families and groups.
