“I usually love this place. Their coffees are amazing. But this morning, I was a little disappointed. I pulled up, and I asked for the same thing I get every time I go. I asked for a sugar free vanilla/caramel frappe with an extra shot of expresso. They wrote it down and everything. Then they brought me out a latte. I told them that was wrong and explained what I ordered. So they took it back in, and made another. Except this time, the “frappe” was more like a coffee with ice chips in in. And it tasted horrible. I finally got aggravated and just left. I have never had this problem here before. I usually love my frappes from here. I’m not sure what the problem was today. But I have been looking forward to my usual order and my experience was not a good one for the day. Hopefully next time will be better and I’ll get what I ordered correctly.“
