We just happened to stop through on the way back to South Dakota, because a friend wanted some Louisiana boudin.
The shop was clean organized and everything looked fresh. Plus the kitchen looked very very clean. Steaks and meat looked very fresh and amazing. The lady at the counter recommended. We try the pepper jack boudin balls that they have ready . They were amazing 10 out of 10! all around amazing places. I can't wait to try the boudin when we get home.
Worth the stop and would highly recommend!

The variety of creole egg rolls and boudin balls was awesome! Unfortunately they were sold out of most but we lucked out and got a few egg rolls. We came for the club sandwich but they only had it available during the week, and we went on a Sunday on our drive home. They didn’t have hardly any chips stocked and not really any non alcoholic beverages unless it’s from the soda fountain behind the counter.
If we drove through again, we would definitely go back and try more food options as well as the egg rolls again! Would recommend, but definitely call to see what’s available first.

Absolutely the best meals! Everything there is delicious and they even have frozen meals for those nights that cooking just won't do! They are a must visit place!

1st time I visited I had a last minute request for a large order. Spoke to a very friendly and professional gentleman I think was the owner. He said it would be no problem to take care of my order !

We stopped here on our way home from New Orleans for some boudin sausage to take home with us. The people were SO nice and friendly! They were helpful and knowledgeable and even offered us some chicken cracklings and a bit of cooked sausage to try. Both were DELICIOUS!!! I will definitely be back on the next road trip this way!

Stopped by while in Port Barre making a delivery. Was greeted upon arrival. Had a pleasant conversation with the owner/manager. Bought some chicken cracklins to try and they were YUM-E!!! Seasoned medium so beware if you like mild. Recommended if you’re ever out this way. Daily plate lunches as well.

Their chicken cracklin is so delicious, borderline addictive. I can eat a whole pound by myself if I wanted to.

I would recommend EVERYTHING that is available for purchase at Bosco’s. The plate lunches are always hot, fresh & sooo good. The wide variety of meat…AWESOME!! Service is always prompt, courteous & you get a smiling face with all of that. If you haven’t stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and make plans, soon!!
