We were traveling through and stopped in. OMG! The food was SO DELICIOUS! This is my very first time having a boudin, they had several different varieties. We had the jalapeno pepper cream cheese stuffed fried boudin. 5 stars. The BBQ sauce on the pork sausage po boy was outstanding and all the staff was so patient with me ordering and asking questions.

Excellent Boudin and chicken cracklens. The is one of the best places I've tried for delicious Boudin. The are conveniently located off highway 190. There's a drive through to grab and go.

I walked in at 11:30 on a Friday for a plate lunch. I stood at the counter for five minutes; nobody else was waiting but me. I was summarily ignored for five minutes. There were three or four people behind the counter. They were prepping, not waiting on anybody. I finally just left. They're doing so well they can turn business away. Must be nice.
