Horrible customer service for the 2nd time in a week. Completely forgot a meal, 4 days later we show up and explain we had to pay for gas so comp us 2, to make it fair. The manager couldn't understand it was their fault I had to waste my gas driving back. NOT GOING BACK

Used the drive through and I felt so bad for the ladies standing outside taking orders. It was 98 degrees and they had to stand outside and take customer orders (their manager needs to fix their drive through speaker)

This is a great stop if you’re on a roadtrip! Everyone is so nice and it’s very clean. The manager came over to check on our table. She was very polite. We stopped around 4:30pm on July 20th.
So poorly managed and this neglectful management will be the downfall of this location. Managers let multiple people share one register and then threaten to fire one singular person when it’s off. If anyone knows anything about this franchise it’s one person per till. Actually, if anyone knows anything about the service industry in general that is pretty much law of the land. When I come home to Opelousas I hear nothing but bad news about this place. I went in to eat and would rather drive 30-45 minutes to a Lafayette location, which I will be doing the next time I’m in the area. Will definitely be getting in touch with corporate about this location. Better watch yourselves management, you never know who you’re treating poorly!

I always get greeted with a smile and friendly service. Honestly thought that it won't stay friendly for long being it's in Opelousas but I've been pleasantly surprised.
I always get the Cobb salad. It's delicious and the employees are great!! Long lines, but not a long wait. They've got the customer service hands down!
