Stopped for lunch on our way home from New Orleans to Dallas, and this will be our permanent stop now --> the food was so good, great value, and really nice people! Take out only, so we took it for a picnic in our car. The lot's a bit rough with a closed gas station and hotel as neighbors, but it felt kinda like the neighborhood I grew up in. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯We tried one of everything. Get me 2 boudin rolls w pepperjack every day for the rest of my life (easy on the seasoned salt topping, personally.) The burger was great but a bit messy. The chicken wings were great but you could just get the boudin. Bring a cooler to take links home with you, cuz you'll be dreaming about them for days.Vegetarian options: Nothing is vegetarian except the fries *maybe

The best boudin in LA. We have to ship to out of state family.Parking: You have about 8 slots. After that you have to park to the motel or the abandoned gas station on the same lot.
Driving through from Texas to Baton Rouge and stopped here for a quick bite. Being a Texan, I'm not super familiar with Boudin but GOOD GOD, I'm glad my education was through DezMeaux's. Some of the most flavorful and delicious food I have ever had. The woman behind the counter was super nice and let us have a sample (as other reviews have said) and it was so delicious. Definitely stopping by again on our way back home! Also seriously considering ordering some frozen Boudin from their website.

The boudin recipe is the owners grandfather's recipe. It is the best tasting boudin around. I had the boudin stuffed chicken wings, and they were delicious. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their product.
