I was visiting Louisiana and was blessed with a bbq chicken quarter dinner that was so good! You know it’s good when they got special days and hours for service! lol I only ate the food I didn’t go in to get in. The town is historical and the business had character and looked to be there for a long time; which is great in my book. It’s a nice small town and the food was spicy, delicious, and smoky bbq! The people were nice and friendly too.

charged 14 dollars a plate for one leg quarter and a spoonfuls of the sides and the leg quarter was small and dried out.
Looked a bit sketchy to me when I rolled up… I wasn’t expecting a trailer however… this bbq is the best I have tasted… that potato salad is amazing (competition with my grandmamas potato salad) food was banging… I got the bbq pork plate at her suggestion… ????? y’all if I lived sound here I would be here errrday!!
