I had the baddest experience at the McDonald's drive-thru just a few minutes ago. Me and my husband are there two $5 McDouble meal deals and a extra small fry on the side and it was not how we expected. I am super disappointed at this McDonald's because before I would normally not have this problem. The fries were cold, burgers was not good, nuggets was not cook all the way. I called 4 times and no answer. I'm super disappointed.

The food here in Opelousas is the worst McDonald's EVER, tried the new crispy chicken strips, looked nothing like the picture advertised, disgusting pre-seasoned breaded stripes, served cold... disgusting plus the ice tea warm... Another disappointing meal...

Every morning I try to get breakfast from there and I’ll usually pull up around 5:30ish. But every morning no one talks back at the drive through. It’s like they don’t want to work there in the morning. Also I place online pickup orders and wait 20 minutes before driving there just to wait for my food for another 10 minutes. Fast food? More like sloth food

For not being that busy, I waited 35 minutes for a frap after getting my food. So not only was my food cold my frap was all metly. I asked nicely many times for it and got passed up plenty of times. Not only that the team lead or manger whoever she was screaming at employees slowing them down while she is just standing around. Not only that she was also sending them home so?
