“I ordered my food about 45 minutes to their closing time and I can say I received quality customer service just as good as if it was the start of their shift. The person who took my order at the intercom greeted me and spoke to me professionally and he didn’t try and rush me to place my order. The carhop who brought my food to me was friendly and professional. My food was hot and freshly made and neatly prepared. My drink was made exactly how I like it. This was just top tier service. In this generation it is hard to go to fast food restaurants where you get good customer service along with quality prepared food. I received both this evening. I like to commend great customer service especially when I know what that looks like being the Sonic was my first job as a young adult. Thank you night crew for all your hard work. It looks like it's been cooking for a week and they try to hide it with chili and cheese.****update **** They are still serving (rotten) footlong conveys.They got alot of dope and crackheads working there now.“
