Ask for fresh chicken at 7:05pm. Told me this was fresh chicken was old and cold. Couldn’t go back and return. Spent my money for nothing. Chicken being held past hold time under lite and serving it is definitely a ECO sure violation and BOH Violation

Food is good,but when you do a door dash order from there it's when you are trying to call to have your order a certain way nobody answers the phone on the weekend
This was my first time visiting this location, and the first thing I noticed was the drive-thru setup, it was confusing. I almost had to drive into the neighborhood over just to figure it out. Why is it designed like that?
Anyway, I get to the window and am told there’s going to be a 10-minute wait. For what? There were no other customers, and the lobby was completely empty.
It seems like someone should look into how this operation is being run. It’s a drive-thru—not a “wait 10 minutes because the manager isn’t prepared” situation.
Very disappointed, but I’ll give it one more chance another day.
