We had a great experience with Ruby's! We contacted Mark about a month or two before our wedding, so that we could organize the catering. They were friendly and patient with our many requests, and were able to accommodate almost all of them.On the day of our wedding they came down to boil on site and we had the most fantastic time in part thanks to them.Of course, having them come out on site costed a little extra but it was well worth it. Friendly and charming guys and very helpful to some of our guests who had never had crawfish before!Thanks so much!Jackson and PascalleP.s that sign is hanging with us along our trip.

The staff were very friendly and courteous! As far as the crawfish, I only have two words; Cest Bon! They were very delicious! Perfectly seasoned and not too spicy. Very good price I might add! I will definitely be frequenting Ruby's for the duration of the crawfish season! ???

They only season the outside of the crawfish here. Cooked well, not chewy. But... not what I have come to expect from Louisiana boiled crawfish.
