Wish I could give more. The server was nice but not very attentive at all. Food took quite a while and then they made the wrong meal for my fiancé. Didn't inform us of it until I asked where his meal because mine had been brought to me and it was now 10 mins later. Was just a sausage and egg hash brown bowl. On top of that I heard the cook ask what the bacon sitting there was for. They throw it away... Yet my bacon never made it to me. They had to make new and cooked it so fast on high that it tasted soooooo awful. We should have left right when we first sat down due to just the smell of the place. It smelled like the grill was up too high and burnt butter.

Food was ok, don't recommend cheese grits they put the cheese at the bottom then the grits and it was not the best. Waffle was not crispy how I asked but otherwise it was ok barely any pecans in it.

Overcharged me for two egg breakfast with no meat. Threw in bacon after charging me for it when I said NO MEAT. Then removed the bacon and never refunded me for bacon.
Best Waffle House experience ever. Kim, the cook, is a complete rock star. Her customer service skills were the best I've ever experienced. Sarah was also a great server. The food was great. This was honestly the best customer service we've had in forever. It was very refreshing after a 15 hour day of driving. Definitely recommend this Waffle House.

I’m very disappointed because every time I order it’s wrong . I ordered cheesesteak bowl with no onions I specifically said no onions and they still put them in there and I spent close to to $60 for my food
