Was in the restroom washing my hands. A Wendy's employee came out of the stall and went straight out the door without washing her hands. Didn't make me feel too confident in the cleanliness of my food. 😳

Customer service is poor. Was not greeted at the box outside. When someone finally came on they started of with “okay go forward with your order “ no thank you’s nothing. The time it took to wait in like and order food just to be told to pull over and they’ll walk it out is is crazy just for my food to be cold , cheese not melted . Not sure what the standards management has for that store but it is by far low. The fries were warm tho so that’s a plus I guess

I ordered through door dash, my fries was old and my baby nuggets wasn’t cooked all the way I tried to call 5 times and no one answered the phone this is crazy… they need better management

I'm giving this place a 1 star because there no option to give zero stars. I set at the drive thru for 8 minutes, and no one came over the intercom to take my order. So I drove up to the windows and informed the young that I had been there waiting for 8 minutes. After taking my order at the window, she instructed Me to pull forward and that my order would be brought out to me. I asked for my drinks while I wait, and she stated they wasn't readyshe had to fix them insisted that the drinks would be brought out to my vehicle. It don't take but a few seconds to fix my drinks. She could have gave me my drinks while I wait. I waited for 5 minutes only to receive some room temperature potatoes wedges. Smh

Half the box of fries were dark and crunchy. Ordered my chicken sandwich plain and of course it was made the regular way wit mayo and lettuce. Food was fresh except the fries but this is a small town, you can't just go to a different Wendys.

Verry sketchy Opelousas wendy's they don't give you the receipt so they can charge you more and suspicious also they gave you wrong order probly on purpose some employee g we t mad for no reason their attitude is rude for any customers and the speeak fast like they want you to get out quick in a weird something is not right in Opelousas wendy's I never going back
