Whataburger

Been there many times and I order my food the way I want because obviously they give you the option. But for some reason even doing it like that they always tend to make it wrong. 😑

Tried to place an order inside the store, waited 20 minutes before a lady finally came to take my order. I tried ordering my food, and before i could do so, the lady sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes at me, poor customer service!! soon after that i just left, this is the worst fast food experience, i’ve ever experienced. PLEASEEE STAYY AWAYYY!!!

Was very nice customer service, but had to wait 7 mins or more. The drive thru lady said 7 mins on the fried ckn sandwich.

Attempted to use the kiosk to order my food(second visit) and although the kiosk was up and taking orders, no one told me it would not take payments. This is after I placed my order multiple times. Finally after me requesting assistance the cashier said”I thought someone would have told you it’s not working”🙄. So I Went to order drive thru and waited there for 45 minutes. Only reason I waited is I was stuck in the line and could not leave. I will not be back!! This place is ridiculously slow and whoever invested their money into it should worry.

Looks nice when you walk in, but took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and fries, and i never even received the fries. When i tried to ask for sauce or my fries multiple people acted like i wasnt there. This place is trash.

I'm unsure of this location is new but it was very clean. I ordered food ahead of time since I'm on the road it was prepared and ready, it just took a little wait due to one employee cleaning the lobby and only one person being able to assist with the line. Food was still hot great service friendly attitude I'll definitely be passing back through here again when I'm in town

Everyone was so nice! My food was great and I got what I ordered. That’s what you want out of a trip to Whataburger!

I love going to Whataburger late at night—the team is always so polite! My food was fresh, as usual, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I’ve noticed some negative reviews, but if you want great service and fresh food, I suggest going around 11 p.m. or later. I applaud the manager, the two gentlemen, and the two young ladies working Monday night. The atmosphere was wonderful, and their communication was excellent. They got everyone’s food out quickly and correctly, all while enjoying themselves. I can see they’re helping Whataburger make a real turnaround. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What is happening ??The wait is terrible.
We got drinks about 20 minutes ago, still no food.
I don’t think anyone has got food yet. They just keep moving them around the building.
This service is terrible. For a new location they need some help.
