We dined at Sandbar last night and it was excellent! The fish tacos were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We had the chance to meet the new owner, who was so personable and accommodating. The restaurant has a fresh new look, and you can tell there’s great energy behind it. food and drinks were delicious. it meant alot that the new owner walked around introducing himself, asking for opinions, and making sure customers were happy. great experience and would come back!

Sand Bar is a great place to hang out with a nice view, volleyball net, and sand court. They offer a pay-to-use boat launch ramp with a floating dock, which is worth the $5 fee. The staff, especially Blake, provides excellent customer service. The shrimp po boy is delicious, although the portion size could be improved. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a view of the lake. The bar is kid-friendly, with friendly staff who interact with children. Parking is available for vehicles with boat trailers, and wheelchair accessibility is limited to one ramp. Overall, Sand Bar is definitely worth a visit for a pleasant lakeside experience.
