I love my coffee from here but the last 2 times I've been in the drive thru the girl in the window, same girl, was rude and short. Also my drink was made wrong. They gave me a frappe instead of iced mocha latte. I go there quite often and these last 2 times have made me not want to come at all.
I don't know what has happened recently, but CC's has went way down hill since it first opened. I literally get the same drink every time I go and it's a 50/50 chance between it being good and it tasting like hot water with a splash of espresso. I used to stop here about 2 times a week and now I may go once every couple months, but I'm honestly tired of wasting my money.
