The employees at this Wendy’s say the card machine is broken, then they say we can only take exact cash only, no change given. This has happened to numerous people on different days. The latest is We are not taking orders at this time because we’re waiting for shift change. I have traveled all over this country and have never had any restaurant shut down for shift change. Don’t waste your time here
