The manager there Melissa is TRASH! She messed up my order, then told me to fix it she would charge more even though I've already paid for custom designed. I asked to speak to someone above her. she refused to help and said she didn't know how to get in touch with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! DONT USE THEM!!!! TRASH!
Really nice little atmosphere, very clean, super friendly staff that was eager to serve us quickly! the cookies and ice cream were delicious. The kids can’t wait to come back! So glad we have a location on the westside!!
