“Every time I come here I am greeted from all of the super friendly staff and they have also helped me with my order as far as what they like and explaining all of the items on the menu. It’s always clean and I never have had to wait long for my order. I wish there was one closer to my house but hopefully there will be soon being that they do so well!“

“Never heard of this place until last Friday and I was so nervous to try a Loaded Tea for the first time. I decided to go the next day. I’ve been back almost every day since trying a new flavor each time I go. I usually ask for someone to recommend a flavor to me when I go to keep it fun & on my toes! I absolutely love everything about this! It gives me that much needed energy, super refreshing, & has not affecting me in a negative way. I have a tendency to break out because of new things, so far my skin is still its normal self. I’ve cut back on coffee immensely since trying this place, coffee doesn’t give me that refreshed feeling like these teas! I highly recommend. Personal favorite so far out of the 6 I’ve tried, would be Pineapple Punch! Also: very nice, helpful, & friendly staff! A few pics that I remembered to take!“

“I had such a great experience at the Burbank Smoothie King in Baton Rouge, thanks to Sunisha A.! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. I'm currently on a weight loss journey and wasn’t sure what to order, but she took the time to explain everything and help me find a smoothie that fit my goals. She did it all with a warm smile and a kind attitude—I truly appreciated her care and knowledge. Employees like her make a big difference! ✨💕“

“My husband and I came down from Illinois to visit relatives and I wanted a daiquiri badly. Saw several reviews about a lady working or worked here that was rude. I wasn't going to stop here but I took a chance. Sage was very nice! He spoke, he was polite and friendly. So glad the customer service is better. Drinks are good, too. It wasn't busy or crowded. I'd definitely recommend!“
“I only ever go through the drive through but they do an espresso 22 like no other and there’s two workers who are super pleasant all the time. One is a girl with cool hair and one is a guy who calls me “love” when I pick up my coffee and really picks my mood up. Keep slaying, you two. Hope you get a raise from this or something“

> Higher level of service than standard fast food. Friendly, eye contact, pleasant demeanor, and helpful. They also fixed one of my items quickly with a great attitude.
> Always loved the ambiance and midcentury graphic design
> Standard burgers are two smash burger patties, so there's tons of great griddle flavor - seems like they use real butter, if so they should ADVERTISE THAT - I'd come back even more for real fat instead of fake poisonous seed oil garbage in fryer and on griddle
> Approaches the food quality of a full service restaurant without the added service cost - will definitely be another date night choice soon.

“I've heard people speak on other Nutrition shops but I myself prefer Nutrition West. When I tell you the atmosphere is phenomenal. The customer service is A-1. When I order through their app and pull up in the parking lot I am guaranteed that they know it's my vehicle and my tea is ready and being reached to me as I'm walking in the door. I am always greeted by the fabulous staff and awesome customers. I've meet some of the amazing people here and I tell you want they're the same each time they see me. It's a vibe....“
