Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I remember wanting to try out Dairy Queen since that Curious George commercial back in the 90s or early 2000s.

Finally, a Dairy Queen opens near my home and I can finally try out their food. I'd had their chicken, fried and BBQ, but I love their blizzards. My favorite is their pumpkin spice blizzard. It may be seasonal, but I would take any chance I get, like the last two years.

Its been better lately, knock on wood... Haven't had to pull around and wait 20 additional minutes for our order. Let hope this doesn't jinx it.

The staff is not friendly, dont greet or smile when spoken too. Acted disturbed when people came in Employees sitting on their phones and never checked up to see people standing their needing help. The blizzards are barely mixed amd have little stuff in them. I dont expect a ton but I like it mixed throughout. Not here.

I ordered a custom-made ice cream cake for my friend’s 36th birthday. While the cake tasted good, the appearance was very disappointing. The colors were not what I requested—the cake was supposed to be red, but it came out pink. The writing looked as if it were done by toddlers, which made the cake look unprofessional.

The woman who handed me the cake at pickup was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, I was ultimately upset with how the cake looked and will not be returning. I reached out to corporate before posting this review to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but I never received a response.

The two dark complexion workers were very kind... however my whole experience was ruined by the rude woman around the ice cream machines. I know she wouldn't dare talk to her coworkers the way she spoke to me. I work in a restaurant; my burger was old and the whole thing bun and all was thrown into a microwave to be reheated. Buns develope a very chewy unpleasant taste and texture when you heat them for that amount of time. I give 3 stars because the first 2 women I mentioned don't deserve the 1 star I want to give.

Truly a sad day when the help refused to serve us milk shakes at the happy hour prices (1/2 off) claiming it ended a week ago. After getting in our car we look up at the huge electric billboard next to the store flashing the happy hour special we had ordered that had supposedly ended a week ago. We were regular patrons

manager named rae on saturday 4/19/25 got really rude and said i'm tired of dealing with these dumb ass customers
ice machine was broke drinks were flat and mold on ceiling tiles with some missing in dining room never eat here
