I usually only go when we are craving an ice cream dessert, usually I get a mini blizzard...this time it was all soft almost melted, when I told the window guy he said it was normal...umm no is not!!!

Made me pull around and wait for a really really long time for my food

Soooo bad!!! And getting worse! We were stuck in the drive thru line for an hour! Stuck! I missed my daughter’s basketball game. I’m so furious. Don’t go here! Ever!

Tayshia lightfoot. Doors locked at 10, when store closes at 10:30. Been waiting for 3 items for 40 mins, said they didn’t know. But cleaning the store. Horrible attitudes as well.

I ordered a cheesecake blizzard and the new peppermint blizzard. I didn’t expect them to flip the peppermint blizzard because it has whip cream but the didn’t flip the cheesecake blizzard and when I asked about a free one they said they can’t flip the cheesecake because it has strawberry in the middle, IN THE MIDDLE, so I had to pull around to wait for my food and I flipped it so many times with no problem. In fact I held it up side down and my daughter took a picture. I didn’t get the two girls names but one was working the ice cream and the other was working the drive thru at 5:30 pm December 10, 2024. I want to speak to district manager about my experience.

Arrived at the restaurant and paid by 9:05 was not given a reciept and was asked to pull around to the front to wait. Sat there for 20 minutes watching only one person come in order and leave before us clearly they were not busy until she came out with the food and blizzard at which point she flipped the blizzard and basically all of the whipped cream and a portion of the blizzard itself fell onto the ground as seen in the photo. Instead of offering to remake or add more whipped cream she laughed said sorry while actually seeming annoyed and walked back in before we could say anything else.

Would not flip my blizzard over and when asked if I get a free one they said no and had bad attitude. My visit December 10, 2024 at 5:30 pm

Had a great friendly person on the drive thru speaker. Got a Blizzard for my grandson. I thought it was overly priced.

Food was great, mobile order took a little longer than listed on the app but they were understandably busy and the lady at the front was polite and quickly finished it up for me.

We ordered 2 blizzards and waited 20 minutes in the line for them and when we received them, they were so melted she couldn’t flip them so she handed them to us. My mom simply asked for a coupon for a free one since she didn’t flip the cup knowing it was melted and it’s gonna melt all in my car. We normally would never ask for a coupon but the first HALF of the blizzards were melted. When we asked if we get a free one next time if she didn’t flip it this visit she snapped back and said “Well what did you want me to do waste it all on the floor ?” Then we kinda laughed it off and said “well I mean it is melted and that’s what yalls slogan is” and she said “well you can just tell them next time.” I don’t think that’s how it works so I took a picture of her and my blizzards. I also realized my card was charged 11$ even instead of $10.76 which isn’t a big deal but I never consented to leaving a tip or rounding up to donate to any causes so this was more than alarming to me. I should have just went to the other location. In picture it is girl with long dark ponytail.
