“We stopped by Rotolo’s Pizzeria for lunch on Christmas Eve and had a great experience. We went right at opening before the lunch crowd came in, and the food came out quickly. We shared a fresh garden salad and ordered the Krewe calzone and deluxe combination calzone — both were hot, the bread was really soft, and they were packed with toppings. Everything tasted great. We went on Wednesday $7.99 calzone day, split the salad, drank water, and each bill was about $13. We were full for the rest of the day, which made it an excellent value. Customer service was excellent, especially considering there was only one waitress handling the lunch crowd. It’s a casual lunch spot, and the calzones were just as I remembered. We’ll definitely be back.“

“My husband and I went last night for an early Valentines dinner. We loved the small, yet quaint dining room, the atmosphere was perfect, the playlist for the background music was on point, Zack was our waiter and he was top notch. The food was AMAZING!! It is my new favorite date night restaurant. The new owners are very friendly and they are hands on. 10/10“

“Checked out the new Bistro Italia location and we loved it! We ordered the tomato basil soup, Big Lou pizza, Shrimp Primavera, and Diablo shrimp. Everything came out hot, was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were fresh! The team was friendly, the atmosphere was upscale but still very comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable (sharing the menu pics for anyone curious). The updated restaurant is beautifully done. Also love that it’s a family owned and run restaurant.“

“Tonight we went to Palermo‘s for my husband‘s birthday. It was amazing to experience. Our server was so attentive. The food was amazing. The overall service was superb. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone as an excellent fine dining experience.❤️“

“Friday night date night. The alfredo sauce is delicious! Waiter was very attentive, the environment was clean, food looked good & well presented. Prices were fair, quick service. We'll be back. I didn't like the Marsala sauce that came on my pasta, but my first time trying it so not necessarily the restaurants fault.“

“Every bite was memorable! We started with the Crabmeat cheesecake as an appetizer- it was rich, creamy, and decadent. The Fish Katie was impeccable and perfectly prepared. The ribeye was cooked to perfection- fantastic choice. Even the bread served with the meal was fresh and when dipped in the plate prepared- it was so delicious. The team of servers were friendly and helpful. We felt celebrated and cannot wait to return for the next special occasion.“

“I had never been to Rotolos and normally when I come to Louisiana I don't eat pizza as I am indulging in seafood and other fare. However I was in the mood for it and took a chance and wasn't disappointed. The experience, atmosphere and service was great, as well as the beer selection. The man that took my order on 12/6 around 2 pm was very accommodating. I definitely look forward to returning.“

“The best authentic Italian food in the Baton Rouge/Ascension parish area!!! Every time I come here the food is phenomenal. I always have to get the Fried Ravioli, because it is just that good. I always get served by Vivian when I come in and she is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, handles everything regarding front of house so effortlessly. When I came in tonight she was so busy, yet she took care of everything/everyone so well, I truly admired her work ethic. She’s so easygoing and a joy to be served by. I always enjoy my experience here and I can’t wait to come back again!!!“
