We loved the small, yet quaint dining room, the atmosphere was perfect, the playlist for the background music was on point, Zack was our waiter and he was top notch. The food was AMAZING!! My wife loves the Bubble Bath — it’s one of her favorites — and I usually go for the Old Fashioned made with Blanton’s. The fish Katie’s is my go-to, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The specials are always solid, especially if you catch the butter steak — that one’s amazing.

The Zupps Tusacana soup was perfect, the salad was plentiful and well dressed, and the breadsticks were warm and fresh. Richard was an excellent waiter. “A favorite dish: The Krewe Calzone. It's cooked to perfection; I haven't had one yet that was burned on the bottom like most other open oven pizzerias, so I'm always impressed with their food. They run specials, so be sure to ask. Caution: their calzone special is $8, not 1/2 off as twice I'd been told by 2 different waiters on 2 different occasions, so when you get your bill, don't be surprised, as bringing this up to the checkout person/manager(?) will get you nowhere. Other than that, and the reason for the 4 stars and not 5, it was a great dining out experience. I'd recommend for excellent ambiance, value, taste, family friendly convenient location.
