The Prairieville location on Airline has got to be the worst in the entire district. I’m sick of encountering rude obnoxious employees who have no customer service skills. I was forced to come inside to pick up a mobile drive through order at the counter. Wasn’t even ready when I went in and no one including the gentleman sorting the chicken who requested I come inside bothered to acknowledge my presence for the 15 minutes I waited.
