There was this lady with curly hair with a nose piercing. It was about 8:30 pm. She took my order from drive through. She sounded very stressed. Mind you this is my second time here in 2 weeks and it was her once again sounded very stressed. I pulled up to the window and told her I've been there before just hang in there because she said they are always short handed. This lady took my order and helped cook my food. This woman deserves a RAISE 100% OUTSTANDING JOB!!
Although it was not even a busy time, the “pull around” for a drive-through was so crowded, I could not even get out of the drive-through line when I got my order through the window. As I was stuck in the drive-through for several minutes, I called them on the phone. Whoever answered the phone told the manager and you could hear the manager getting defensive. Then they hung up on me.
