After traveling all day with our children, we stopped in for dinner and were immediately impressed. The restaurant was busy with a steady line of customers, but the staff handled everything so smoothly and efficiently. Our food was fresh and ready in about five minutes, which was incredible considering how busy they were.

What really stood out was the customer service. Ms. Linda was absolutely wonderful, but she certainly wasn’t the only one. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy serving their customers. They didn’t just hand people their food and move on—they interacted with guests, smiled, made conversation, and made everyone feel valued.

One thing I noticed while dining inside was that employees were calling customers by name, addressing them as “Mr.” and “Ms.” when handing out orders. It may seem like a small detail, but it created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You don’t see that level of customer service very often anymore.

The staff was also incredibly sweet to our children, which meant so much after a long day of traveling. They helped turn a quick dinner stop into a genuinely enjoyable experience for our family.

Great food, fast service, amazing customer service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Ms. Linda and the rest of the staff deserve recognition for creating such a positive experience. We left with full bellies, smiling kids, and a great impression of this Wendy’s.
