“I was rolling down the I10 and decided to stop to check out the eats, I was dead set on the catfish even though it was a possibility that it might be swy but they assured me it was catfish. And shrimp. But when I got to the front counter the lady convinced me to try the sausage pot boy because they make there own sausage. So I went with that and it was pretty darn good. Possibly the best sausage I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“I was on a business trip to Jennings a few weeks ago and I kept hearing about Rocket Drive In throughout the day.
I was determined to find out just how good it was. Once the workday was done, I raced (responsibly drove) to the spot with my team and ordered their jalapeño sourdough. 🤤 It's not on the menu, but iykyk. Paired that up with a hot fudge sundae that had me dancing in my car on the drive back to NOLA.
Anytime I enter Jennings, I'll be checking the Rocket.“

“I’ve always had a good experience here. The workers are always friendly and my order is always correct. I’m giving atmosphere 1 star though. There was a new girl working there (Jen) and she needed some help with an order she had taken where the customer wanted to make changes to the order. She asked Mychel (WHO HAD A TRAINER BADGE ON) for some help. This woman walks over huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes and says “you’re making my job harder” in the nastiest tone. The girl looked like she was going to cry! I apologized to her for the way someone else talked to her. My jaw was on the floor. You’re a manager or trainer and that’s how you treat people? Everything in leadership trickles down! You want happy workers, it starts at the top!“

The parking lot and the parking situation are not the best. However, the parking lot was cleaned, and the inside of the restaurant was cleaned including the self-serve drink station.\n\nI arrived around 2:30 PM with only a couple of other customers and I was immediately greeted by a smiling employee. I ordered the Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe Combo. The burger was a 1/3 lb. double Signature Stack burger with two 100% seasoned beef patties, topped melted Sharp American** and White Cheddar**, Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mayo on a soft and toasted bun. The burger was beyond what I expected and tasted fantastic. The burger was made to order, perfectly cooked, and all the ingredients tasted fresh. Bite after bite I felt the crunch of the fresh vegetables and crispiness of the bacon. I love good burgers, and this was one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a long time. The fries were warm, had no salt, no flavor, and just not good to the touch. \n\nNext time, I’ll just order the burger and not the fries. if the fries would have been hot and tasty, I would have given a 5 - Star rating Great rating.“

Prices appear to be fair being consistent with other type fast food restaurants offering the same or similar type food products to the general public.“

“This McDonald's is 2 hours from our house but we had cause to be there . We volunteered at the Jennings VA today. I ordered breakfast food for 4. This was the freshest and hottest fast food I ever had in my life! Yeah, that good it was! As soon as I bit into the breakfast burrito I thought, wow, I could not make this better! Seriously, I was impressed! I wish I knew her name at the window, both windows actually... She was medium skinned, both were, 1 had golden blond in braids lifted on top like a bun, and the other girl had a comb down style with blue. They were so nice and thanked me for being there and smiled! They were speaking clear, concise, and articulate...Everything you would want in a public front situation! I was impressed! They are an assett to your company! Thanks so much!“
