El Principio Bar and Grill Reviews
i ordered the quesadia,it was nothing like the picture on the menu it was supposed to come with qucamole that didn't happen either an if I wanted a fruit salad I would have ask for it instead on lettuce with Italian dressing. the chips was not fresh they sat under heat lamps an very greasy, not to mention the salsa nasty no flavor hunks of tomato skins. the tea tastes sour. it was our first visit there an last. waitress seems like she didn't know what she was doing.
Absolutely nasty Mexican food. Over priced for the taste of microwaved food. We tried it because people suggested it- but never again.
Only disappointment I had was waiting so long to try it. We tried the Enchilada Mexicana, Barbacoa Quesadillas, and Beef Nachos. All 3 were excellent. The staff was very friendly and the portions were plentiful. We definitely recommend and will be back.

El Principio Bar and Grill serves some of the best Mexican food, with everything hot, fresh, and house made. The steak tacos, bean and cheese dip, rice, and happy plate are highly recommended. The fajitas plate has plenty of beef, chicken, shrimp, and sausage, and goes well with extra guacamole or cheese sauce. The Nachos with queso blanco are off the chain, and the yellow rice has great flavor. The chicken flautas and chicken taco salad are great, and the steak quesadilla tastes great. The fresh salad with enchiladas is very nice. The staff is always friendly and happily ready to give recommendations. The queso and green salsa are top tier, and the homemade salsa is very good. The cola is always crisp. A nice small restaurant highly recommended.
