“This one on 167 in town wasn't bad, but the new one by walmart sucked. Doors locked at 630 and only one lane open in drive thru. If I had to leave a Yelp review for that one I would look for the negative numbers if they had them. I think the thing with McDonald's is the change of how their operations are. Kiosk inside to make your orders ordering online and door dash has given the franchise way too many things going on at one time. Too much confusion. Besides that the one on 166 has my vote.“
“Went to McDonald's on wells rd near cypress in west monroe. Very clean and was fast. This one is the new style. At 7 pm friday, wasnt busy and didnt have to wait in drive through at all. Girls at the pay and one a pickup window were,fast, polite and went smoothly.“
“Great service great manager great crew it was so busy but she was on them and got us together with hot fresh food went around 10pm manager was amazing lady named Ms P and she asked if we needed anything or how was our day that's what I call customer service. So because of her 5 stars“
