Waited over 20 mins for my child’s ice cream, pressing the button to remind them “we’re still waiting” twice. They finally bring it out with out so much as a thank you, sorry for your wait. Literally nothing. Just rudely handed the ice cream over. Terrible service! And they were NOT short handed.
Went through the drive thru because none of the stalls were open. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender box with extra gravy. Got home to no extra gravy and the gravy container in the box was only a quarter of the way full !!!!! Not cool Sonic.
Would much prefer to go all the way across town to go to a Sonic. I've had issues every time I've gone to this Sonic for the four years I have been in Ruston and finally said I will never go back after a horrible encounter. Ordered a two RT44 vanilla cokes and was the only one in the parking lot. After 20 minutes of waiting, I pushed the button again and apparently they "lost my order."
