I love Taco Bell and the food. I gave the 3 star only because the last time I went I ordered extra sour cream on the 3 doritos locos tacos supreme I ordered in the drive through. Paid nearly $3 extra for the extra sour cream, only to get home and find there was no sour cream at all. Was too tired to drive back up there.

The food was terrible, even for Taco Bell. Dried out tortillas, Tacos hardly had anything in them. You have to use a kiosk to order. No human takes it.
The food is what you expect. It is a Taco Bell, so it's cheap and processed tacos. But that's what you want sometimes. It's always a cheap meal when you feel like having cheap food. So complaining about it wouldn't make sense. The service is alright. It's not the best. I understand that fast food can be busy, but it does take quite awhile to get food any time I've been. It is also hard to get ahold of the workers since they're in the back more often than not. Hard when you order on an automated kiosk and there isn't anyone to speak to. And the restaurant on the inside could use some better cleaning at times. Other than that it's an okay place. It's a Taco Bell, not a fancy restaurant.

today 9/2/23 just before 11am my family stopped to eat. on walking in I noticed the floor was sticky. all employees were setting in the dining area having a meeting. No one acknowledged just walking in. While I prefer to order food from a person at a register I want to head and use the kiosk. After Receiving our cups I started to notice how dirty the entire restaurant was! food on tables/floor, trash under the tables and the odd smell like the trash had not been taking out the night before.After receiving our food, I noticed one item was wrong, I went and stood at their registers for quite a while before anyone acknowledge me there. It took several minutes from my item to be fixed.Overall, I think this could have been a much better experience if employees were doing their job!
