Horrible guest service. Disappointing food. Horrible leadership. Taco Bell needs a complete overhaul. The unprofessionalism and horrible attitudes when people are coming there spending their money is Unacceptable. Corporate needs to send in secret shoppers immediately.
The girl with the light brown braids has the ugliest attitude. I shouldn't be met with sighs and a raised tone when I'm just trying to order a simple meal. As I approached the window I was given dirty looks and could hear trash talk. If you don't want to work and do your job then find another one.
Just need to make sure food is right. I usually expect for my food to be wrong so it would be nice to be surprised sometimes.
