Big shout out to @Ava at Texas Roadhouse tonight. Our Ladies Night Out group from the Ruston church of Christ met tonight there. Ava was our server and she was the best. There were 7 in our group and she never got flustered or made us feel rushed. There was a mix up with a to go order and she and management went beyond expectations. Was there 53 minutes before our food came out and wasnt hot at all. Waitress was really nice and polite! Manager came by making her rounds, and told her, she apologized and said she would see what she could do. We went ahead and paid for our meals and left. This is the 2nd time there and I wont return.
the steaks are delicious juicy and the rolls are delicious too with the butter

The place was packed beyond belief on a Sunday night visit. Waitlist ahead of time minutes and more minutes to be seated. Food was ok but Our entrees was not hot or was still red inside. Beef tips ordered well done was still red. Prime rib and ribeyes arrived tough but medium rare color steak was on point. Salads came quickly but no silverware or drinks for about minutes. Server was kind sweet very polite and knowledgeable and server was outstanding. Overall visit was slightly disappointed but still a visit returning.
