We were just there and they refused to fix us a hot chocolate!!! Yeah, so it isn’t on their menu, but neither is customer service apparently. With all the drink options, why couldn’t they make us one? Make a mocha and hold the coffee. Heat a cup of milk and squeeze some chocolate syrup in it and charge us for the milk.
Absolutely ridiculous. Y’all close at 10 not 9:15. I don’t know how this sonic is still open.
