Several casual dining venues have tried this location since its original concept as a sports bar. The Chill Mill's ambience is most similar to that original place (or at least what it was when I first went there some 12 years ago). I liked that one and I like this one for the same reasons. The chill mill has become my favorite place in St. Francisville to go get a drink and have some delicious food! They specialize in gourmet grilled cheese but have other things including a delicious hotdog, Mac and cheese and several other delicious things! The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is great! Don't miss this place if you're in town!

I've been frequenting the chill mill ever since they opened awhile back. The atmosphere is great, staff helpful and food delicious. Not much more you can ask for out of a bar n grill. They'll occassionally have karaoke which is SO much fun. On the weekends, they'll have a band play. Fair warning, it gets pretty cranked up on the weekends, so prepare yourself if you've never been to chill at the Mill! Thanks for opening fam, great stuff!
