Today we celebrated my sister's birthday at The Francis. It was a dinner party and the room for 25 ppl on the first floor was reserved. The room was very nice, spacious and it had a tv. It could be entered from the inside of the restaurant, but it also had two entry doors from the outside. My review is being done, because of the exceptionally great service we received from our server Joniera! This young lady was on point from the start to the very end! I cannot express enough...
US ARMY Food Servjce Specialist. The food tonight was horrible!! Even WORST! The waitress told me and my wife she only makes $2.50 hourly plus tips and 13 hours on her feet without even a glass of water! She could barely stand up. Unreal! The Owner always says he's going to match the tips! But Lies!! to THEM ALL the waitress said and he doesn't!!!
The food is good, but when I order blackened redfish, I usually get blackened redfish not redfish that has blackening seasoning dumped on the entire surface. Normally, I wouldn’t even mention this, but the seasoning was so much that it almost ruined the meal. Another thing is the prices need to be revised and priced for their actual worth. It is a good business idea to set prices for less than the competition!
