Management had no flexibility or compassion for ice storm cancellation. Sadly they seem to have lost that southern charm.
This was a Top Notch experience! Much needed getaway. Drinks Food Spa were exceptional. Jim gave us good advice to shop in town and my husband said “thanks” . The sweetest Southern folks you will meet. Planning my next Relaxing stay.
I reviewed menus of several different restaurants for my birthday and saw dishes both my wife and I would really like so I made reservations
We were both disappointed when the waitress brought us a menu that was different than what is on their website
We showed her the link and she informed the manager who had no excuse
It’s unfortunate that they post dishes to get you in there then change it
