She was handling online orders, drive thru orders and customers in the lobby. She never once showed any signs of being stressed out. She was very pleasant with everyone during the rush.“

“I like their spicy chicken & fried okra. They have a promotion on their receipts, buy something & get a free chicken piece. I did all that but never received my free spicy chicken thigh. Of course, I didn't check the bag when I left & I guess I got screwed Again!!!“

“How the hell you have somebody sit for 30 minutes waiting on some strawberry cream pies and you give somebody else my order and refuse to remake the order because y'all are closing. That’s not our fault. You supposed to give customer service and the fact that the unprofessionalism of the Manager gave to the customer saying to come back tomorrow and we spend our hard earned money on something and be treated this way.
