“My son placed a large order for our family on Sunday July 23rd. When we arrived to pick it up the employees were so nice. Our food was awesome and every item we ordered was there. We will definitely recommend this Taco Bell. The employees working there this evening between 6:30 -7:00pm should be told what a great job they are doing.

“Just like most fast food places Wendy's has no consistency for their food service. You are waiting in a line for 30 minutes. Thinking your order is fresh and hot off the grill, but this experience showed me. The order taker is not listening to your request throughly. I ordered a 4 for $4 meal, with a small vanilla and chocolate swirl frosted. I got a Frostburg with chocolate on the bottom and vanilla on top. I ordered a fruit punch and received a Strawberry Fanta. My food was cold and I tossed it. I find that nothing has gotten better with ordering from here. I am not going back to this location anymore. Good bye fast food.“

“The app is provided to save customers time. I can order and pick up with reduced wait time. However this location does not allow ordering through the app. They have enough business. I don’t feel the purpose of the app is to increase business. It is to save customers time and provide a convenience. So either allow it or don’t have it.“

“I love you guys but y'all have to find some sort of solution to deal with this line outside. There's 15+ cars in line on williams waiting in line and of course, someone drives in off the side street in to the parking lot and tries to cut in from the side street in front of the people that have been waiting for 20 mins in the williams line . I sat there for 10 minutes literally watching 2 cars of people fist fight over their place in line. This is so stupid.“

“My coworkers and I frequent the Humble location and the service and food are always well received. I don’t like looking for a parking spot, but it’s well worth it! Today they went far and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciate that!“

I'm glad they have new managers now one younger manager lady moves very fast she never stops moving. When she's there i know everybody will be in & out she should work every lunch shift. “Decent customer service and friendly rep who answered the phone when I asked a question. The food was of good quality and the temperature was just right. This was my first time trying the melt and it was PACKED with different meats! I definitely recommend the melt, it was so full and fulfilling. I had to save some for the next day.“
