Grab -N- Geaux Smokehouse is a convenience store, gas station, and fast-casual restaurant combined. Customers appreciate the genuine and friendly staff, with some employees offering samples of brisket and ribs, which are highly praised for their quality. The food is described as great and reasonably priced, with a well-organized, clean, and comfortable environment. Despite being a gas station, the overall experience exceeds expectations, highlighting superb customer service from staff like Shihab. One worker even managed the entire store alone during a snowstorm, demonstrating hard work and dedication. While some wish they offered a vibe similar to Buckies or places in Broussard, the business stands out for its cleanliness, knowledgeable owners, and efficient operations. Overall, it’s a highly recommended spot for good food and friendly service.
