“I would like to share my experience while visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe. First, I'd like to say this was my first experience; however, certainly not my last. I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff. I placed my order and thoroughly paid attention to the young lady preparing my food. I believe her name was Carsen. It was a special order, and Carsen did not disappoint. When we look at food, we see its color, shape, texture, etc. These visual cues can influence how we think the food will taste. My food was exactly what I ordered and appealed to my eye, which translated to a wonderful experience all around. Again, it was my first time visiting this location, and I can say with sheer confidence, it won't be my last. Thank you, staff at Tropical Smoothie Cafe Carencro.“

“Amazing customer service. Greeted me when I walked in, prompt to take my order, prompt to get my food, said “My pleasure”. Were very sweet (which you don’t see often nowadays) I’m 33 and sound like a grandma but it’s rare! Food is amazing, smoothies are great, place was clean, and again, the service was awesome! “I’m so happy that I found this wonderful place! Maggie helps you through the entire process when you really have no idea what you want to order. And I never thought I could substitute a smoothy for a meal. I get the cappuccino smoothies with a shot of the stuff that makes you feel full all day! I’m obsessed! I pick one up for my daughter as well and drop it off at work for her. It’s my new favorite place! Do yourself a favor and try this place out!“

“The drinks we had were delicious and customer service was amazing. The guy behind the counter was very nice and had our drinks ready for pickup. The only thing is that the ac wasn’t working! I feel so bad for the guy working cause it was so stuffy in there. Sad to see such a big company not take care of there employees like that! Definitely will be back but please fix your ac!!!“

“Staff was nice but phone communication needs to be updated. I went Friday night and items were being saved/low inventory. When I asked the staff adv me that the location was closing at 9, I was confused b/c the phone specially says 10pm is the closing time for Friday-Sat. I made the comment and was told that the phone says 9 but I called just now to reconfirm and it says 10. This is more of a management concern because driving 30mins for cookies to find out the location isn’t open wouldn’t be good for the business.“
