The store owner agreed to a phone order for 6 smoothies. Upon my arrival to collect the order, the owner.. with a grumpy and entitled attitude, said that he hadn't prepared it due to its considerable size.... It is baffling how such a justification could be deemed appropriate. Additionally, he mumbled slander in Vietnamese, underestimating my comprehension of the language and or my hearing abilities.
