“This is a very traditional North American-style Chinese restaurant. The service was excellent, especially from the Chinese lady in the red dress and glasses (I forgot to ask her name). She made us feel very welcome. The restaurant environment was also very nice, the food was served quickly, and the dishes tasted exactly to our liking. The prices were also very reasonable. We will definitely come back again.“

“Best, most tasty, Chinese food we’ve had in Shreveport in years! We eat Chinese a lot, but our precious favorite place of 20+ years became kinda like “different” 🤔😢 leaving us and our money searching for a new favorite place. Been trying out all in the 71105, 71106, and 71115 over the past year. This was the BEST! Chicken meat was good quality and very flavorful. Plenty of nuts in Kung Pa Chicken dish. Excellent lo mein, great flavor. All our dishes were fresh and delish!“

“China town dinner is delicious. lots of meat and veggies and the shrimp are jumbo size and very good. Egg rolls are good rice is cooked well but lacks a little seasoning a little soy sauce or just mix with dinner fixes that. I would definitely recommend this place for Chinese“

“This is one of mine and my husband's favorite places to have a cozy, quiet, good meal. The prices are said to be a bit expensive, but I am perfectly happy to pay for the quality and kindness of the owners. We have witnessed customers be rude and watched the owners stay humble and kind. I like that my food is always fresh and delicious. Since 2007, there has only been 1 time when my food wasn't as good as I'd like, and that is awesome. Overall, my experiences have been great for years.“

“This restaurant is basically take out only, but what they lack in ambiance they make up for in the quality of their dishes. I've only ordered from the hot bar, rice or noodles and 2 dishes of your choice. The Chicken with Broccoli is divine, the chicken melts in your mouth and the broccoli is so tasty with the sauce. The General Tso's Chicken is a sweet and savory masterpiece. You might get a chewy piece but the crisp on the chicken makes up for it. Best of all it's only $10 for a plate, $12 with crab rangoons and a drink. Great spot for a tasty lunch or dinner.“

“I have been eating here for over 40 years now. My fav has always been the sweet & sour chicken 🐓 with steamed rice. 🍚 I see where others have said the service was bad, but that’s not been my experience. If you are kind, you’ll see kindness from others. But if you’re demanding and rude, I think that changes the whole atmosphere. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories with my family here. 🤍“

“We were staying in a nearby hotel, and I stopped in after a long day to get food for my daughter. I have celiac's disease so just planned on not getting anything that night, but the staff went overboard to check options for me. Louis ended up making some fresh veggies in a ginger sauce for me to have over rice. Ced was so friendly and helpful, coming up with options for me. It was just such a nice experience after a tough day. I highly recommend them- what a great staff!“

“Had a craving when I was pregnant and oh boy did I make a good choice. Best cheap Chinese food in town! Whole staff is great and always hooked me and my husband up when we came in. Never ate in the lobby, but its very homey and has a great atmosphere. It is my favorite food place and kicked Ming Garden out of its place in my heart.“

Orange chicken was amazing! Real Orange peels, slight heat, great sauce. Fried rice has a fried egg in it. Kinda sticky, but when mixed with the Orange sauce from the chicken, it was great.

“We stop hear every year on our way to New Orleans. The buffet has so many choices and the food is packed with flavor. We never eat in, only pick up from their buffet and go. Like any buffet some items have been out longer than others but with so many options there is always something to find.“
