Idk what happened here. Never waited an hour for crawfish. Ordered online, still had a long wait. Got the text at 6:35 that our order was ready, stood there inside for over 30 min while people ordering in the store kept getting food before ours. How do you say my order is ready then proceed to take new orders & give them their food before ours? Whatever you do, don’t waste your time ordering online because it only makes things worse.
I usually get my crawfish to go & it is the best & service is great! I dined in last Saturday & service was excellent & the roast beef poboy was amazing! My grandson loved the catfish! Highly recommend 20/10!
The first time I came here it was during the week and the service was great! This is the second time I’ve come here on the weekend (Sunday)and the service is TRASH! I sat at the bar area waiting for a waitress that NEVER came to even take a drink order(roughly 25min). They weren’t even busy. A customer should not have to flag down a waitress or ask who is their server EVER time they come to dine.
