Doc's Sandwich Shop

As a long time lover of Lowder Baking, you'll know this one hurt to write. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, shop wasn't busy. All the tables seated had their food, and there was a couple in front of us ordering. We ordered the kids ham & cheese with fruit cup, build your own ham & cheese sandwich, and the chicken tzatziki wrap. $50 & over 25 minutes later we were HIGHLY disappointed. My order was brought out and was wrong, when I told the lady that it was wrong, she asked me if I was sure, because they made it how I ordered it...... well considering I don't eat bacon(haven’t for over 15 years!) & there was bacon on the sandwich, I am SURE it is not what I ordered. When I told her I didn't eat bacon, she said let me check the ticket for how you ordered your sandwich, after checking she came back and agreed that it was wrong. No big deal. She then returns with another sandwich, WHICH IS STILL WRONG AND NOT MADE HOW I ORDERED IT! I can understand getting it wrong once, but twice? And acting like I didn’t know what I ordered. It was so condescending. The chicken tzatziki sandwich was very greasy and had no flavor on the chicken. It was loaded with veggies though. The kids sandwich was just a kids sandwich, nothing fancy, so ours was happy. Overall though, I have no reason to want to return.

The chicken in my wrap lack flavor & seasoning, we waiting 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a wrap. They brought out one sandwich and after we told them it wasn’t even the right sandwich, they asked are we sure??
Wouldn’t reccomend. I can make allot of sandwiches and wraps for $50.(including drinks)

I’m visiting some family from michigan and my aunt took me here saying how great the food was. I must say i’m impressed with everything from the food to the dessert especially the customer service. I was offered a complimentary water & 2 cookies because they said my order took a little long when i

was a quaint little deli that I've been wanting to try. I'm so glad I did. Had the poblano pepper with chicken... the chips and queso was perfect... hot ham with lifette (spelling) pickles was sooo good... and the large Mac and cheese don't sleep on it... was so good and I am so skeptical of Mac and cheesy out and about... this was like my great grandmother's secret recipe SHHH .. also I got a blt for the stars game tonight... was soo delicious... yes even when yelling at the tv.. definitely will be a regular here and you should too. friendly staff and great food.. this diamond 💎 is definitely what this area has been needing...

Love this sandwich shop! Always get food that is cooked to perfection, fresh and full of flavor! That paired with great service will keep me returning and introducing others.

Extremely slow.

We had the hot ham sandwich and the grilled cheese with jalapeño enough and bacon. Both
were delicious. Drink offerings were good and wide variety of chips also offered. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Diagnosis: Disappointed. We were in Missoula this past weekend and stopped in for lunch. My husband and son’s sandwiches were good enough, but I ordered the Dr.Green (vegetarian) and it was awful. $11 for an extremely pale 1/2 pita with a scraping of hummus and cream cheese, 5 cucumber slices and a single leaf of lettuce. I didn’t even take a picture because it was so sad looking. I did ask for no tomato, but there is no way that having it included would have made it any better. Definitely not what the doctor ordered!

Such a great spot! Be sure to stop by and maybe make it a regular lunch location. Delicious food for reasonable prices, great atmosphere and exceptional service!

My company placed a catering order of 24 sandwiches (all different with some having modifications) 24 bags of chips (all different) and 24 cookies (all different) with this order being delivered by 11:45am for our meal at 12 noon. And let me tell you, Doc's Sandwich Shop out did themselves! All the sandwiches, chips and cookies were RIGHT! Doc's was on time for the delivery as well! The food was tasty and fresh! And the customer service we received from Doc's was absolutely the best! Hands down we will be ordering from Doc's again for our work lunch, but now Doc's has 24 new individualized customers that will definitely go and check out the store front and try something different; cuz you gotta try everything! Thank you Doc's and staff for making our employee lunch one that we will always remember! Support Local!! =)

Long story short, there’s no issue with a $9 kids sandwich, assuming it’s actually a $9 sandwich. It’s not the price. It’s the worth. Your kids meals are simply not worth what they’re portrayed to be… and you know it. That’s all.

I came here to order and the white lady that took my order I can’t remember her name but anyway she looked at me like I ruined her day just by stopping in to get something to eat she was rude and disrespectful to me she didn’t greet me when I walked in and while I’m placing my order she’s like I’m a have to charge you extra literally everything that came out of my mouth she wanted to charge me for now I don’t mind paying extra for anything money is no problem on my end but I felt like she was doing this to me because of my skin color because her attitude changed soon as a white person came in an ordered and I was shocked need to say I will not come back nor will I recommend anyone to visit this place the food is ok but the people who work there have a problem with people of color if I could zeros stars most definitely would worst experience ever kinda ruined my day
